Mike Little is the owner and head trainer at Dynamic Personal Fitness in Webster Groves, Missouri. Mike is married to his wife, Heather, and they have two beautiful twin daughters, Olivia and Sophia. What sets Mike apart from other personal trainers is his dedication to building strength, balance and stability through free weight training. No latest craze, gimmicks or new-fangled nonsense. Mike believes in assessing the way the body moves, stabilizing the joints, and using “Time Under Tension” to dictate the clients' results. These principles have built a loyal client base because they reach their goals and achieve results. Most importantly, having worked with athletes ranging in age from 8 to 94 years old, he recognizes that each client is an individual. He designs fitness plans that are tailored to each person’s unique body type as well as their personal goals. It is this commitment to proven free weight methods and treating every client as individuals that drives Mike Little and DPF to be the very best in the St. Louis fitness community.

Tom Canavan joined the staff of Dynamic Personal Fitness in September of 2013. Weight training has been the major part of his fitness regimen throughout his life. He owned and operated his own gym for ten years. While he is a certified personal trainer, his knowledge of strength training and muscle building is a unique combination of learning by doing, training with top drug-free body builders and power lifters, and formal education. A firm believer that free weight training is essential to a fit and healthy life, Tom designs program routines that are specifically directed at the goals and needs of his clients. Tom will tell you that the "secret" to health and fitness through weight training is that "there is no secret," just hard work, dedication — and a competent trainer.
Annie Fuhrmann started working as a trainer at Dynamic Personal Fitness in April of 2020, however, she has been working out there as a client since she was in 8th grade. Annie was a two sport athlete in high school (lacrosse and field hockey) and quickly found out that strength training not only helps make athletes stronger and faster, but also helps prevent injuries as well. Today Annie still makes fitness an important part of her life and values all of the lessons learned over the years. Annie learned at a young age that discipline, consistency, patience, and hard work can lift anyone’s fitness levels up regardless of age or abilities. Aside from strength training Annie also has experience working with high school athletes as a Women’s Lacrosse coach. Annie brings a positive attitude and mindset to the gym, and encourages others to work their hardest to achieve their own personal goals.
